Terms And Conditions, Cancellations and Other Fees, ny reservation which is reserved online or call CANNOT be considered FINAL or CONFIRMED until it is approved by one of our representatives along with the price. An email notification of the finalized confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided along with the price once the reservation is confirmed. These terms and conditions outline the policy for cancellation of reservations made for chauffeur services provided by Life’s Good Comfort Limo. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy

"Advance Cancellation (More than 24 hours before the scheduled service): If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, no cancellation fee will be charged."

Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled service): "Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

"Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 12 hours before the scheduled service): Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided."

Changes to Reservation

• Any changes to the reservation time, date, or location must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Refund Policy
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Life’s Good Comfort Limo is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, road closures, or other emergencies.
